Getting ready for South Africa

Hey,

With Ukraine a month in the past it's time to look forward to my next journey which will be South Africa. This trip is just a couple of months away now, so there are things that need to be done to prepare. Been a British citizen i don't need any kind of visa to enter the country and I can stay for up to 90 days. My tour however is 14 days and starts in Cape Town, visiting Kruger National Park, Johannesburg and various other places along the way. The local currency is Rand, and I have already got around £250 worth to take with me. The tour itself and accommodation is already paid for but there are several optionals to consider along the way.

Some of the things on the itinerary are:
  • Cape Town City Tour
  • Cape Point & Boulders Beach(Optional for free day)
  • Shark Diving Excursion(Optional)
  • Botlierskop Private Game Reserve
  • Tsitsikamma National Park
  • Oudtshoorn Ostrich Farm
  • Kruger National Park(Almost 3 days)
  • Johannesburg
Other holidays I have planned are a Week in Romania in the autumn 2018 and for Spring 2019 a potential 16 day group tour around the Balkans, Croatia, Bulgaria and surrounding areas. But in the meantime I will keep working and earning to save for travel as much as I can. A playlist of holidays I have been on so far can be found on YouTube here. You can also see albums and photos on my Imgur and Instagram.

Thanks for reading,
Chris
